Dr Francis’s current research interests lie at the intersection of molecular pathophysiology, clinical biomarker discovery, and precision medicine in Type 2 diabetes. Through these, Dr Francis aims to advance the understanding of molecular determinants of diabetes complications and facilitate translation of research findings into clinical applications.
