RESEARCH INTERESTs

Dr Gianina Raymundo has experience in qualitative research across a range of health, disability, and digital health projects. 

Her research focuses on health equity and the social and structural factors that shape people’s experiences of health and health services. 

 

Her research interests include:
• The lived experience and health of people with disability, culturally and linguistically diverse communities, and young people
• Access to and engagement with health and disability services
• Policy representation of underserved populations
• The impact of digital health technologies on health, including social media use and telehealth

 

Gianina is also a member of the Centre for Disability Research and Policy at the University of Sydney. She was previously a HDR student member of the NHMRC Centre of Research Excellence in Disability and Health.
