Research projects & supervision summary

My research trajectory encompasses projects across biomedical technology, material science, and applied engineering:

Electronic Nose for Volatile Biomarker Recognition (USYD): Designing advanced E-Nose sensor architectures and machine learning pipelines to detect subtle volatile organic compound (VOC) patterns for early cancer screening.

Integrated Nano-Semiconductor Devices (ARC Project): Developing and modeling nano-semiconductor platforms incorporating nanoscale metal oxide MOF layers for selective multi-gas discrimination.

Applied R&D&I Advisory & Supervision: Supervised and advised over ten institutional research projects across the National Army and National Police of Colombia. These initiatives yielded multiple patented and published outcomes in digital test benches, IoT, applied AI algorithms, and military health assessment technologies.
