BIO
Erin is an mid-career researcher at the School of Public Health, University of Sydney. She completed her PhD at the University of Sydney and has over 15 years of experience teaching Epidemiology to undergraduate and post graduate students.
Her research interests include epidemiological research methods, physical activity in adolescents, program evaluation and the two-way relationship between the environment and health related decisions.
She has skills and experience in study design, implementation and evaluation. She has worked with national organisations to evaluate programs that have both national and international impact and has collaborated with various research groups and provided epidemiological and statistical support on multiple projects including the design, conduct, analysis and reporting of evaluations of a variety of programs. Her research directly engages with community organisations and health services to ensure that the best available evidence supports the provision of public health interventions both in Australia and worldwide.
