RESEARCH INTERESTs

Dimitria's research interests incorporate 3 intersecting areas in the sphere of international mobility in the business context, including: (i)high skilled and low skilled labour mobility, governance and the experience of internationally mobile workers; (ii) the experience of ethno-racially and gender  diverse workers in the career lifecycle; (iii) intersectionality and (iv) forced and voluntary migrants and employment, education and settlement experiences, strategies and outcomes.

Professor Groutsis has a sustained program of engaged research focusing on internationally mobile workers, the experience of culturally diverse workers and the diversity and inclusion, laws, policies, strategies and initiatives implemented to benefit all workers.

Her expertise includes:

  • The experience of high skilled and low-skilled migrant workers
