DrDaniel Blinkhorn

My interests include electroacoustic, biomimetic, and environmental sound composition often coupled with technolgy, nanoscience and acoustic instrumentation. In this regard, I hope to share some of my field recordings, experimental compositions and sound/ image works as part of my oeuvre as a composer. My creative work and research embodies biomimetic agency by observing ecological sensitivities, the vitality of natural sound and the naturally ordered continuities binding habitats of sound, place, people and space together. I also work across a variety of differing technological media to achieve my creative outcomes.
