- Volumetric urbanism: how major cities are constructed 'volumetrically' around capacity, verticality, and density (think elevators, floor-space ratios, underground tunnels);
- The design and delivery of innovation districts, particularly in the area of health, wellness and pharmaceuticals;
- The future planning and design of industrial and employment districts in cities.
