  • Policy Process & Agenda Setting: Examining the underlying power dynamics that structurally place issues on the agenda through an analysis of emotions and penalties in public policy, including human-shark interactions and the "politics of shark attacks." Utilising mixed methods approaches that rely on qualitative and quantitative analyses, including comparative surveys.
