Research projects & supervision summary

My main research project at the moment is about racism, the state, and the market, especially in relation to housing, in Britain from the 1940s to the end of the 1970s. A book based on this research is under contract to Princeton University Press. I am also working with my colleagues Dr Marco Duranti (University of Sydney) and Dr Isobelle Barrett Meyering (Macquarie University) on an ARC Discovery Project about corporal punishment and human rights in Britain and Australia from 1970 to 2000.
