DrBingran Wang

B.A.Sc Toronto Ph.D UCSD

Bingran joined USyd in October 2025. Prior to this, he worked as a Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of California San Diego (UCSD), where he also earned his Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering in 2024. He received his Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto in 2019. His research mainly focuses on multidisciplinary design optimization and uncertainty quantification for aerospace system design. He is a recipient of three student paper awards from AIAA Aviation and SciTech conferences.
