Research projects & supervision summary

Dr Akhavan's current research focuses on plasma surface and interface engineering of bone implants, synthetic blood vessels, and artificial nerves. Dr Akhavan's other current projects include surface engineering of adsorbents for water purification and deposition of thin solid films for sustainability and energy storage applications.
