DrAzadeh Safarchi

Azadeh Safarchi’s research centres on host–microbe interactions with a focus on human health. Her primary interests lie in the human gut microbiome, including nutritional interventions for microbiome modulation, metagenomics, microbiome-based biomarkers. She also specialises in developing bioinformatics pipelines and conducting biological data analysis to support biomarker discovery and translational research.
