DrAndrew Ross-Adams

My teaching is delivered principally through postgraduate research training in the laboratory. I train students and visiting researchers in photonic device fabrication, optical packaging, experimental design and characterisation, taking them from first exposure to independent bench capability. Alongside the practical work, I support students in the skills that carry a research career: analysing and presenting data, writing for peer review, and presenting to specialist audiences at conferences.
