BIO
Dr Amy Von Huben (BCom(Hons)/BSc, MBiostats, PhD) is a Research Fellow (Data Analysis/Health Economics) at the Leeder Centre for Health Policy, Economics and Data (TLC), University of Sydney. Her PhD research investigated the most appropriate ways to evaluate digital health technologies for public funding. She has detailed knowledge of international health technology assessment models and practical skills in performing health economic evaluations for digital health technologies. Amy has a depth of experience working as a biostatistician on digital health intervention randomised controlled trials at the Westmead Applied Research Centre (WARC) for the three years prior to joining TLC and extensive practical experience with linked data and administrative datasets. She has completed three economic evaluations of digital health interventions in NSW hospitals and is currently undertaking one in the Northern Territory and another in Western Australia.
