BIO
Dr Maximova is a postdoctoral research associate in the Kassiou Drug Discovery Group (Faculty of Science, School of Chemistry). She completed her PhD at The University of Sydney, characterising senescence in glial cells and exploring drug screening in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. She is currently working as a postdoctoral research on a senescence project in the Kassiou group, and is a teaching academic at the Brain and Mind Centre (Central Clinical School, Faculty of Medicine and Health).
